Sean Rosario

President

Serving as Warrior Health Foundation’s President, Sean leads a uniquely talented and superior team that possess unmatched experience and capabilities across various industries. He previously served as an executive for an industry leading multi-national company that provided custom solutions and services to both government and private sector clients in the United States and Latin America.

Prior to his time in the private sector, Sean had the opportunity and honor to serve for 14 years in the U.S. Navy having risen to the top of the Naval Special Warfare organization by successfully performing as a member of a Special Mission Unit within the Navy SEAL Teams. While a member of a 50-man Assault Squadron, some of Sean’s accomplishments included multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan in support of the Global War on Terror, where he received numerous honors during his time, including multiple Bronze Stars, with “V” for valor.
Sean also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum as well as being active in creating awareness for special operations military veteran charitable organizations.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sean combines his formal education along with the leadership skills gained while serving in the SEAL Teams in order to bring a focused approach toward vision, organization and strategy needed in today’s dynamic environment.

Gazelle Aram

M.D. Medical Director

Dr. Gazelle Aram is a double board certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist, and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging. Dr. Aram is well known for her commitment to her patients and providing concierge-level care.   Her warm bed-side manner and willingness to listen allow her to know her patients on a personal level and provide individualized care. She takes the time to listen and get to know her patients so that she can create individualized treatment plans. Treatments are aimed at improving health and wellness using anti-aging techniques.

Dr. Gazelle Aram, grew up in the Boston area and graduated in the top 10% of her class from Albany Medical College in New York.  She is double board certified in pain management and anesthesiology. She completed an Internal Medicine internship at Lahey Clinic in Massachusetts followed by a rigorous three-year Anesthesiology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. She then went on to complete a competitive Fellowship in pain Management at University of California San Diego. Dr. Aram then worked as faculty member at major medical centers such as Case Western University Hospital and Lahey Clinic.  She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging with a special interest in healing through diet and healthy living.

Dr. Aram is an active member of the Broward and Palm Beach County Medical Societies. She feels that being involved in her community is extremely important and to this end she advocates for her patients and the future of medicine as a delegate to the Florida Medical Association.  She has also been nominated for the prestigious Physician Leadership Academy which aims to prepare physicians to be leaders in the community.

Jennifer Barron

ARPN-C Assistant Medical Director

Jennifer has been practicing nursing for 19 years and has been a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since graduating FAU’s Master’s Program in 2005. She graduated with honors and accomplished co-author publication through her Master’s Degree research study. She possesses an extensive background in primary care, pain management, detox, aesthetics and specializes in age management. She is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal healthcare goals with her proactive and nurturing approach. Jennifer is a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Army and values nothing more than volunteering her time and professional expertise towards helping those who have served our country.

Jennifer is a member of the ANCC, Florida Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

William F. Mueller

General Counsel

Bill started his professional career in the United States Navy as a submariner, serving on two Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarines. He then taught Naval Professionalism and Ethics at Naval Submarine Warfare School, Groton, Connecticut. Following his service to our county in the Navy, Bill entered the private sector and has worked at several Fortune 500 companies. Utilizing his expertise in operations improvement and restructuring, Bill applied those skills at a Fortune 500 travel industry company, where he troubleshot a distressed port development project whose success and completion had multi-billion dollar and international implications. His next project led him to a Chief Restructuring Officer role of a large distressed real estate project in South Florida with a failing hotel operation and real estate sales. Bill turned around the hotel operations, accelerated sales of the remaining real estate and created approximately $70 million in value to shareholders by using a Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Bill is a Florida licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant and possesses a Master in Business Administration as well as being a Florida Supreme Certified Mediator. As a lawyer, Bill practiced as a prosecutor in the 15 th Judicial Circuit and most recently as a litigator with Kelley Kronenberg, working on some of the firm’s most high- profile fraud related cases. Bill’s legal and financial expertise consistently uncovered complex schemes that that either resolved complex cases or led to significant recoveries in the cases. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the State of New York and his Master of Business Administration Degree and Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Nova Law Review. He clerked for the Honorable Barry S. Seltzer as well as United States Attorney’s Office in its Economic Crimes Unit, both in the Southern District of Florida.
